Express 3/4 Ton Van V8-4.8L VIN V (2003)
Tighten the bolts to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
3. Install the lower anchor bolt for the center seat belt retractor, if equipped. Refer to Seat Belt Replacement - Center Rear in Seat Belts.
4. Install the seat belt buckles. Refer to Seat Belt Buckle Replacement - Front in Seat Belts.
5. Install the seat cushion cover and pad. Refer to Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement - Rear (See: Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement
- Rear)
6. Install the rear seat into the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (See: Service and Repair/Seat Replacement - Rear Bench) .
