Heater Core Replacement - Auxiliary

HEATER CORE REPLACEMENT - AUXILIARY

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the auxiliary HVAC module. See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair

2. Remove the screws from the bottom of the auxiliary HVAC module.
3. Remove the heater core from the module.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the heater core to the module.
2. Install the screws to the bottom of the auxiliary HVAC module.

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

3. Install the auxiliary HVAC module.
