Express 3/4 Ton Van V8-4.8L VIN V (2003)
1. Install the upper intermediate shaft and connect the upper intermediate shaft to the steering column.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the upper intermediate shaft (2) to steering column retaining nut and bolt (1).
Tighten the nut to 64 Nm (47 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the intermediate shaft bearing.
4. Remove the J42640 from the steering column lower access hole.
