Seat Belt Retractor: Service and Repair
Installation Procedure
Right Side Seat 2 & 3
Description
1. Install the seat belt retractor to the vehicle.
2. Install the seat belt retractor retaining bolt to the vehicle.
Tighten
Tighten the seat belt retractor retaining bolt to 52 N.m (38 lb. ft).
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Description
3. Install the seat belt guide to the vehicle.
4. Install the seat belt guide retaining bolt to the vehicle.
Tighten
Tighten the seat belt guide retaining bolt to 52 N.m (38 lb. in).
5. Install the body side trim panel. Refer to Body Side Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
6. Install the body side lower garnish molding. Refer to Body Side Rear Lower Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
7. Install the body side upper garnish molding. Refer to Body Side Rear Upper Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
