FUEL FILTER ELEMENT REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the fuel tank filler cap.
2. Remove the protective shield.
3. Open the air bleed valve on top of the fuel manager/filter in order to release any of the pressure in the fuel supply system.
4. Remove water -in -fuel senor connector at bottom of filter.
5. Drain the filter by attaching a flexible tube or hose (1/4 to 5/16 in ID) to the water drain valve.
6. Slowly open the water drain valve (the drain does not have to be totally removed for fuel to drain).
