Coolant Heater Cord Replacement (4.8L, 5.3L And 6.0L Engine)

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Disconnect the coolant heater electrical connector (1).

3. Remove the coolant heater cord retainers (1).

Important: Note location of cord prior to removal.

4. Remove the coolant heater cord.
