Hinge Replacement - Door (Cargo Door)

Removal Procedure

Important:  When replacing both hinges on the same panel replace one hinge at a time.

1. With an assistant, remove the screws (1).
2. Remove the hinge (2) from the body and the door.

Installation Procedure

1. With an assistant, install the hinge (2) to the body and the door.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the screws (1) loosely.
3. Align the door.
4. Tighten the screws (1).

Tighten the screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
