2. Install the fan clutch assembly to the pulley.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

3. Install the J 41240-5A onto the fan clutch nut and tighten to 56 Nm (41 lb ft).

Install the J 46406 in order to secure the pulley.
