Express 3500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2008)
3. Install the water pump outlet pipe, oil filter adapter and oil cooler assembly.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice .
4. Install the oil filter adapter and oil cooler assembly bolts (1) and nuts.
Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
5. Install the water pump outlet pipe bolts. Refer to Water Pump Outlet Pipe Replacement (See: Water Pump/Service and Repair) .
6. Install the EGR cooler hose/pipe assembly. Refer to Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Cooler Replacement .
