Express 3500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2008)
1. Install the heater inlet hose to the engine.
2. Reposition the heater inlet hose clamp at the engine using J 38185.
3. Install the heater inlet hose (2) to the coolant bypass valve.
4. Reposition the heater inlet hose (2) clamp at the coolant bypass valve using J 38185.
5. Install the accumulator.
6. Install the upper fan shroud.
7. Install the air cleaner assembly.
8. Fill the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill).
