Crankcase Depression Regulator

    This system, Fig. 34, is used on V6 and V8 diesel engines to regulate the flow of blow-by gases back into the engine. It is designed to limit vacuum in
the crankcase as the gases are drawn from the valve cover(s) through the CDRV and into the intake manifold.
