Some of the above postal vehicles are experiencing excessive front tire wear. To alleviate this problem, and reduce tread wear, the following revised
camber and toe-in specifications (see table 1) have been developed.

INSPECTION BEFORE ALIGNMENT

Before making any adjustments affecting caster, camber, or toe-in, the normal front end inspections should be made. (Refer to Section 3 of the Light
Duty Service Manual.)
