HYDRAULIC HEAD SEAL O-RING, REPLACE
Removal

1.

Remove throttle shaft and seals.

2.

Remove metering valve, Fig. 33.

3.

Remove housing vent screw assembly, Fig. 37.

4.

Remove advance pin hole plug and advance pin, Fig. 36.

5.

Remove head locating screws and seal.

6.

Remove hydraulic head assembly and O-ring.

Installation

1.

Install hydraulic head seal and place head assembly into pump housing.

2.

Install two head locking screws finger tight and turn pump upside down.
