Remove or Disconnect
1. The vacuum connector.
2. The valve by unsnapping from the heater case.
3. The linkage from the valve.
Install or Connect
1. The linkage to the valve.
2. The valve by snapping to the heater case.
3. The vacuum connector.
Mode Door Actuator
Remove or Disconnect
1. The negative battery cable.
2. The electrical connector from the actuator.
3. The retaining screws from the actuator.
4. The actuator from the vehicle.
Install or Connect
1. The actuator to the vehicle.
2. The retaining screws to the actuator.
3. The electrical connector to the actuator.
4. The negative battery cable.
