Spare Tire Replacement
Passenger and Cargo
Remove or Disconnect
1. Obtain the tire ratchet and extension from the tire jack.
2. Install the extension on an angle through the hole in the rear door frame, above the rear bumper.
3. Install the ratchet with the word "Up" towards you to the extension and turn "Counterclockwise" to remove the spare tire from the vehicle.
4. With the spare tire on the ground, remove the retaining bar from the middle of the spare tire.
5. Spare tire from the vehicle.
Install or Connect
1. Spare tire to the vehicle with the valve stem downward.
2. With the spare tire on the ground, install the retaining bar to the middle of the spare tire.
3. Install the ratchet with the word "Up" towards you to the extension and turn "Clockwise" to install the spare tire to the vehicle.

Two clicks will be heard when the spare tire is completely installed to the vehicle. Verify that the spare tire is correctly installed and secured.
4. Return the ratchet and extension to the jack.
