G 20 Van V8-350 5.7L VIN K TBI (1995)

Discard gasket.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. New throttle body to fuel meter body gasket.
2. Fuel meter body assembly on throttle body assembly.
3. Fuel meter body-to-throttle body attaching screws coated with appropriate thread-locking compound.
Tighten
Fuel meter body screws to 4.5 Nm (40 lb. in.).
4. Lubricate fuel inlet nut O-rings with engine oil.
5. Fuel inlet nut and two O-rings, fuel outlet fitting and gasket.
Tighten
Inlet & Outlet nuts to 41.0 Nm (30 lb. ft.).
6. New O-rings on fuel inlet and outlet lines.
7. Fuel lines.
Tighten
Fuel line nuts to 27.0 Nm (20 lb. ft.).

Use a backup wrench on the TBI fuel nuts to prevent them from turning.
8. Fuel injectors and fuel meter body cover.
9. Electrical connectors to injectors.
10. Negative battery terminal.
Inspect
With engine "0FF" and ignition "0N," check for fuel leaks.
11. Gasket, extension. and air cleaner assembly.
