Remove or Disconnect 

1. The air cleaner from the vehicle. Refer to "Engine Controls."
2. Drain the fluid from the system. Refer to "Draining and Filling the Power Steering System."

3. The hose from the steering pump.
4. The hose from the reservoir.
5. The retaining nuts and reservoir from the vehicle.

Install or Connect

1. The retaining nuts and reservoir to the vehicle.

Tighten the reservoir retaining nuts to 7 Nm (62 inch lbs.).

2. The hose to the reservoir.
3. The hose to the steering pump.
4. Fill the reservoir with fluid. Refer to "Draining and Filling the Power Steering System."
5. The air cleaner from the vehicle. Refer to "Engine Controls."
6. Bleed the power steering system. Refer to "Bleeding the Power Steering System."
