Remove or Disconnect
1. The retaining nut from the top of the spare tire.
2. The adapter from the spare tire.
3. The spare tire from the vehicle.
Install or Connect
1. The snare tire to the vehicle.
2. The adapter to the spare tire.
3. The retaining nut to the top of the spare tire.

Tighten the spare tire retaining nut to 52 Nm (38 ft. lbs.).
