Frame Replacement

J 24319-B  Steering Linkage and Tie Rod Puller

J 43631  Ball Joint Remover

Removal Procedure

1. With the wheels in the straight ahead position, remove the key from the ignition switch.

2. Secure the cooling module to the upper body structure.
3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer toLifting and Jacking the Vehicle    .
4. Remove the front wheels from the vehicle. Refer toTire and Wheel Removal and Installation    .
5. Remove the left and right wheel house liners. Refer toWheelhouse Liner Replacement - Front   (See: Body and Frame/Fender/Front Fender/Front

Fender Liner/Service and Repair) .

6. Remove the front transaxle mount to cradle through bolt.
