Important: Align the following items while latching:

The inboard seal

The housing (2)
^
The large seal retaining clamp (3)
17. Crimp the seal retaining clamp (3) with J 35910.

Crimp the clamp (3) to 174 Nm (130 ft. lbs.).
18. Check the gap dimension on the clamp ear. Continue tightening until the gap dimension is reached.
Dimension a= 2.3 mm (3/32 inch) maximum.
