10. Inspect for leaks.

Removal Procedure

1. Place the CH-48027-2 (2) bleed hose into an approved container. Open the valve in order to bleed the fuel system pressure.
2. Place a shop towel under the CH-48027-3 (4) fitting in order to catch any remaining fuel spillage.
3. Remove the CH-48027-3 (4) fitting from the fuel pressure service port.
4. Drain any fuel remaining in the CH-48027-2 (2) into an approved container.
5. Inspect for leaks using the following procedure:

1. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF for 2 seconds.
2. Turn OFF the ignition for 10 seconds.
3. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
4. Inspect for fuel leaks.

6. Install the fuel pressure service port cap.
7. Install the intake manifold cover.
