6. Note the routing of the cable for installation purposes, the cable (1) must route between the recliner rod (2) and the seat back frame.
7. Remove the lumbar assembly (1) from the seat back frame by doing the following:

Disconnect the lumbar assembly (1) from each side of the seat back frame.
*
Pull the bottom of the lumbar assembly (1) forward to disengage the retainers from the seat back frame.
*
Slide the lumbar assembly (1) downward and forward to release from the seat back frame.
