This bulletin is being issued to revise the Engine Oil Pressure Gage Inaccurate or Inoperative diagnostic information in the Instrument Panel and Console
sub-section of the Service Manual. Please replace the current information in the Service Manual with the following information.
The following information has been updated within SI. If you are using a paper version of this Service Manual, please make a reference to this bulletin
on the affected page.
The specifications listed in the Values column for Step 2 have been revised. The oil pressure range for the 8.1L, L18 engine should be 34-483 kPa (5-70
psi). For other engine applications, the pressure remains the same at 207-483 kPa (30-70 psi).
