12. Replace the gaskets and the seals, as needed.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Transfer the thermal expansion valve to the replacement evaporator core.
2. Install the evaporator core into the case.
3. Install the evaporator core seal.
IMPORTANT: Ensure the proper positioning of the air distributor duct gasket and the temperature door during assembly.
4. Reassemble the case halves.
