K 1500 Suburban 4WD V8-6.5L DSL Turbo VIN F (1999)
1. Install the fan blade to the clutch.

Tighten the bolts to 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).
2. Use the J 41240 in order to tighten the fan and clutch on the 5.0L and 5.7L. Use the Spanner of the J 41240 in order to hold the pulley.
3. Use the J 41240-5A and the J 41240 in order to tighten the fan and clutch on the 6.5L. Use the Spanner of the J 41240 in order to hold the pulley.

Tighten the 5.0L and 5.7L fan clutch nut to 56 Nm (41 ft. lbs.).

Tighten the 6.5L fan clutch nut to 59 Nm (44 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to the appropriate procedure:
