5.  Tilt back instrument panel assembly. 
6.  Coolant recovery tank. 
7.  Accumulator (1). 
8.  Heater hoses from heater core.
9.  Screws (26).

10.  Nuts (24 and 41).
11.  Bolt (36).
12  Electrical harness from module assembly (37).
13.  Module assembly (37).

NOTE: It may be necessary to have a assistant when removing module assembly.

14.  Cover plate (33).

Remove the seven screws that hold the cover plate to the module assembly (37).

15.  Heater core and seal from module assembly (37).
16.  Evaporator case cover (34).

-

Remove the four screws that hold the case cover to the module assembly (37).

17.  Evaporator core from module assembly (37).

INSTALL OR CONNECT 

1.  Evaporator core into module assembly (37).
2.  Evaporator case cover (34).

Install the four screws that hold the case cover (34) to the module assembly (37).

3.  Heater core and seal into module assembly (37).
4.  Cover plate (33).

-

Install the seven screws that hold the cover plate (33) to the module assembly (37).

5.  Module assembly (37).

NOTE: It may be necessary to have a assistant when installing module assembly.

6.  Electrical harness to module assembly (37).
7.  Bolt (36).
8.  Nuts (24 and 41).
9.  Screws (26).Tighten to;

-

Bolt (36) to 11 Nm (97 in. lbs.).

-

Nuts (24 and 41) to 2.8 Nm (25 in. lbs.).

-

Screws (26) to 1.9 Nm (17 in. lbs.).

10.  Heater hoses to heater core.
11. Accumulator (1).
12.  Coolant recovery tank.
13.  Instrument panel.
14.  Blower motor (40).
15.  Wiring harness to blower motor (40).
16.  Center floor air distribution duct.
17.  Refrigerant to the system.

Check the system for leaks.
