Removal Procedure

1. Open the door.
2. Remove the extension by unsnapping the extension from the door.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the extension by pushing the extension into place.

Water Deflector Replacement - Door

Removal Procedure

Water deflectors seal the inner panel. Water deflectors prevent water from entering into the body. A strip of adhesive between the deflector and the door
secures the deflector.

1. Remove the trim panel.
2. Remove the water deflector.

2.1 Pull the waterproof sealing tape from the deflector.
2.2 Using a flat-blade tool, break the bond between the sealer and the door.

Installation Procedure

1. Using waterproof tape or 3M(R) 777 (or equivalent), install the water deflector to the door.
2. Install the trim panel to the door.
