K 1500 Truck 4WD V8-5.3L VIN T (1999)
5. Remove the spare wheel hoist shaft guide from the spare wheel hoist.
6. Remove the bolt.
7. Remove the hoist from the bracket.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the hoist to the crossmember.
2. Install the bolt.
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the bolt to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
