K 1500 Truck 4WD V8-5.3L VIN T (1999)
13. Install the 1-2 accumulator inner (3) and outer (2) springs into the accumulator housing (4).
14. Install the 1-2 accumulator piston (1).
15. Install the 1-2 accumulator cover and the cover bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 11 Nm (97 inch lbs.).
16. Remove the J 25025 - 5 from the valve body.
17. Install the remainder of the valve body. Refer to Valve Body.
Accumulator Assembly
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the oil pan and filter. Refer to AT Fluid/Filter Changing.
2. Remove the bolts attaching the accumulator cover and pin to the transmission case.
3. Remove the cover and pin.
