Tighten the bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the A/C idler pulley to the A/C idler pulley bracket (non A/C only).

Tighten the bolt to 83 Nm (61 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the drive belt on the drive pulleys. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
5. Install the upper radiator shroud on the radiator. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement (Upper) in Cooling System.
