SERVICE PROCEDURE

Inspect cruise control cable to ensure it is secured at the cruise control module, engine bracket and T.B.I. lever stud, Figure No. 1. Make sure that
T.B.I. lever is up against the idle screw (closed throttle position).

Inspect lock cable conduit engine fitting. If unlocked, push cable conduit engine fitting to locked position, Figure No. 2 View B.
