Disconnect drive axle (halfshaft). Refer to SECTION 4C.

Remove brake caliper. Refer to SECTION 5B1.
Important:
Support the caliper with piece of wire to prevent damage to the brake line.

Remove cotter pin and the nut from lower control arm ball joint.
