Exhaust Hanger Replacement with RPO YF2

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the exhaust muffler hanger nuts.
3. Remove the hanger from the hanger insulator.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the hanger into the hanger insulator. 

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the exhaust muffler hanger nuts.

Tighten the exhaust muffler hanger nuts to 50 Nm (39 ft. lbs.).

3. Lower the vehicle.
