Fuel Gauge Sender: Service and Repair
Fuel Level Sensor Replacement - 1
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the fuel sender assembly.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from under the fuel sender cover.
3. Remove the sensor retaining clip (3).
4. Squeeze the locking tangs (2) and remove the fuel level sensor.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the fuel level sensor.
2. Install the sensor retaining clip (3).
3. Connect the sensor electrical connector (1).
4. Install the fuel sender assembly.
