Air Filter Element: Service and Repair
AIR CLEANER ELEMENT REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the mass air flow/intake air temperature (MAF/IAT) sensor electrical connector (4).
2. Loosen the air cleaner housing screws.
3. Remove the upper air cleaner housing.
4. Remove the air cleaner element (1).
5. Inspect the air cleaner upper and lower housings for debris and/or damage.
