Remove carburetor air horn, solenoid adjusting (lean mixture) screw, rich limit stop, MC solenoid plunger, primary metering rods and springs,
plastic filler block and MC solenoid, Fig. 11.

Check MC solenoid bore or plunger for wear, metering rods for incorrect part number, sticking or improper installation and jets for presence of
