Control Valve Assembly - View B.

CLEAN AND INSPECT: 

-

Do not clean solenoids in solvent.

-

Air dry.

DISASSEMBLY

-

Shift solenoids and TCC solenoids are held in place with spring clips (see exploded view).

IMPORTANT:  Some valves are under spring pressure. Cover the end of the bore when removing roll pins.

-

Valves, springs and bushings must be laid out on a clean surface exactly the way they were removed.

CLEAN:

-

All valves, springs, and bushings in solvent, then dry using compressed air.

INSPECT:

-

Shift solenoids and PWM solenoids for:
-

Cut O-ring.

-

Bent electrical connector or broken wire.

-

Cracked or damaged plastic housing.
