Condition:
The backlighting for the radio and the IP cluster may remain on after the delayed lighting feature times out. This may also cause the battery to run down
overnight.
Cause:
An internal short in the radio causes a feedback to the lighting circuits.
Correction:
Remove the radio and send to a Delco Repair Center. Insure that the condition is clearly noted on the repair tag.
Warranty Information:
Use existing labor operation.
