If battery voltage is present, disconnect secondary cooling fan relay, then connect fused jumper between terminals 3 (RED and 5 (BLK/RED) at
RH electrical center. If secondary cooling and generator run, check secondary cooling fan relay terminals, if good, replace secondary cooling fan
relay.

If secondary cooling and generator fan do not run, ensure fused jumper in place, measure voltage from secondary cooling fan relay terminal B
(BLK/RED) to ground or generator cooling fan relay terminal A (BLK/RED) to ground. If zero volts, check 532 (BLK/RED) wire for open.
7.
If battery voltage is present, ensure fused jumper in place, then measure voltage between secondary cooling fan relay terminals B (BLK/RED) and
A (BLK) or generator cooling fan connector terminals a (BLK/RED) and B (BLK). If zero volts, check 150 (BLK) wire for open.
8.
If battery voltage is present, check cooling fan connector terminals, if good replace cooling fan.
Primary Cooling Fan Runs Continuously w/Engine Coolant Cool & A/C Mode Selector Off
1.
Disconnect primary fan relay at RH electrical center, turn ignition switch to RUN position, then connect test lamp between terminals 3 (RED) and
1 (DK GRN/WHT). If test lamp does not light, replace primary coolant fan relay.
2.
If test lamp lights, check 335 (DK GRN/WHT) wire for short to ground, if good, problem is ECM related.
Secondary Cooling Or Generator Fan Runs Continuously w/Engine Coolant Cool & A/C Mode Selector Off
1.
Turn ignition switch to RUN position, disconnect secondary cooling fan relay at RH electrical center, then connect test lamp between terminals 3
(RED) and 1 (DK BLU/WHT). If test lamp does not light, replace secondary cooling fan relay.
2.
If test lamp lights, check 473 (DK BLU/WHT) wire for short to ground, if good, problem is ECM related.
