Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
Air Inlet Actuator Replace
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Instrument panel.
2. Vacuum line.
3. Depress tang on vacuum actuator and slip it off module bracket.
4. Rotate actuator to disconnect actuator shaft from air inlet valve.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Actuator shaft to air inlet valve.
2. Bracket to vacuum actuator.
3. Vacuum line.
4. Instrument panel.
