3. Wash the affected panel area with soap and water and wipe dry.
4. For plastic panels use a lint free cloth and Varnish Makers and Painters (VMP) naphtha or a (50/50 mixture) by volume of isopropyl alcohol and
water in order to remove the adhesive.
5. Mark the proper position of the molding with a length of masking tape.
6. Warm the body panel to a minimum of 21°C (70°F).
7. Align the molding to the tape guideline on the front bumper fascia.
8. Peel the backing from one end of the molding.
9. Press firmly into place while continuing to remove the backing.
10. Hand roll the molding to the front bumper fascia to ensure the proper adhesion.
