1. Install the sound barrier (2) to the vehicle.
2. Position the sound barrier over the hook (1). 

Press down to secure.

3. Install the rear shelf panel. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement  (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Rear Shelf/Service and Repair) .
4. Install the rear seat back. Refer Rear Seat Back Replacement  (See: Rear Seat Back Replacement) in Seats.
5. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer toRear Seat Cushion Replacement  (See: Seat Cushion/Service and Repair/Rear Seat Cushion Replacement) in

Seats.

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the seat back. Refer to Rear Split Folding Seat Back Replacement  (See: Rear Split Folding Seat Back Replacement) .
2. If removing the left seat back cover, remove the armrest. Refer to Rear Seat Armrest Replacement  (See: Service and Repair/Rear Seat Armrest

Replacement) .

3. Remove the latch. Refer to Split Folding Seat Back Latch.
4. Remove the J-retainers.
5. Remove the staples from the cover.
6. Remove the hook retainers.
7. Remove the loop retainers.
8. Remove the seat back cover from the foam.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the seat back cover to the foam.
2. Install the loop retainers.
3. Install the hook retainers.
4. Install the staples to the cover.
5. Install the J-retainers.
6. Install the latch. Refer to Split Folding Seat Back Latch.
7. Install the armrest, if removed. Refer to Rear Seat Armrest Replacement  (See: Service and Repair/Rear Seat Armrest Replacement) .
8. Install the rear seat back. Refer to Rear Split Folding Seat Back Replacement  (See: Rear Split Folding Seat Back Replacement) .

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement  (See: Seat Cushion/Service and Repair/Rear Seat Cushion Replacement) .
2. Open the folding seat.
