1. Position the door bottom auxiliary weatherstrip to the rear door.
2. Stretch the door bottom auxiliary weatherstrip in order to align the push-in retainers to the holes in the door.
3. Install the push-in retainers to the door bottom auxiliary weatherstrip.
4. Close the door.

Removal Procedure

1. Loosen the quarter trim panels. Refer toRear Quarter Upper Trim Panel Replacement  (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and

Repair/Rear Quarter Upper Trim Panel Replacement) in Interior Trim.

2. Remove the center pillar upper trim panel. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement  (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim

Panel/Service and Repair/Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement) in Interior Trim.

3. Remove the carpet retainer. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement  (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and

Repair/Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement) in Interior Trim

4. Grasp the weatherstrip (1).
5. Pull the weatherstrip (1) off the flange on the body (4).
