Lumina V6-3.1L VIN J (2000)
4. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
5. Feed the cable through the underbody and clip the cable into place.
6. Tighten the parking brake cable at the equalizer.
7. Lower the vehicle.
8. Position the carpet in place.
9. Install the left carpet retainer. Refer to Carpet Retainer Replacement.
10. Install the left side sound insulator panel. Refer to Insulator Replacement - IP (Left) in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators.
11. Adjust the Parking Brake. Refer to Park Brake Cable Service/Adjustment.
