2. Install the bolts to the water pump using J36660.

Tighten the long bolts to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.) plus 40 degrees.

Tighten the short bolts to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.) plus 80 degrees,

3. Install the water pump pulley, do not tighten the bolts.
4. Install the power steering pump with mounting bolts. Refer to Power Steering Gear Pump Pulley Replacement in Power Steering Gear & Pump.
5. Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement
6. Tighten the water pump pulley bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 13 Nm (115 inch lbs.).

7. Install the accessory electrical junction block in place.
8. Refill the engine coolant, refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System.

Inspect for leaks.
