Front Seat Center Belt Replacement
Removal Procedure
Description
Tools Required
J 29843-9 Door Lock Striker and Seat Belt Torx(R) Wrench
1. Remove the center belt plug (5) from the sleeve.
2. Use the J29843-9 in order to remove the center belt bolt (4).
3. Remove the center belt (6) from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
Description
Tools Required
J 29843-9 Door Lock Striker and Seat Belt Torx(R) Wrench
1. Install the center belt (6) to the vehicle.
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Use the J29843-9 in order to install the center belt bolt (4).
Tighten
Tighten the center belt bolt to 42 N.m (31 lb ft).
3. Install the center belt bolt plug (5) to the sleeve.
