Front Door Panel: Service and Repair
Door Trim Panel Replacement

Two Door

Door Trim Panel

Remove or Disconnect

1. Front side door trim applique.
2. Front side door armrest screw.
3. Power window switch assembly.
4. Inside handle bezel assembly.
5. Rearview mirror remote control (driver-side only).
6. Trim panel screws.
7. Trim panel by carefully prying top of trim panel to release tabs from door inner panel. Push up and pull trim panel toward you to remove trim

panel.

Install or Connect

1. Rearview mirror remote control (driver-side only).
2. Position trim panel hooks to slots in door inner panel.
3. Trim panel by pressing down on top of trim panel.

Important

Be sure to apply enough pressure to fully engage the three top hooks to the door inner panel.

4. Trim panel screws.

Tighten

Screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb. in.).

5. Inside handle bezel assembly.
6. Power window switch assembly.
7. Front side door armrest screw.

Tighten
^

Screw to 10 N.m (89 lb. in.).
