Lumina V6-3100 3.1L VIN M SFI (1995)
2. Install the attaching screws and torque (starting in the center and moving outward) to 3.0 Nm (27 lb. in.).
3. Connect the electrical connector.
4. Connect the negative battery terminal.
5. Reset the IAC valve pintle position:

Turn the ignition "ON" for five seconds.

Turn the ignition "OFF" for ten seconds.
^
Start the engine and check for proper idle operation.
