Heater Core Cover Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation (See: Heating and Air
Conditioning/Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair).
2. Remove the center floor air outlet duct screws.
3. Remove the center floor air outlet duct.
4. Drill out the heater core cover heat stakes.
5. Remove the heater core cover screws.
6. Remove the heater core cover.
