Malibu L4-2.4L Hybrid (2008)
6. Install the camshaft bearing caps. Hand tighten the cap bolts.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice .
7. Tighten the bearing cap bolts in increments of 3 turns until they are seated.
Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
8. Install the intake camshaft position actuator. Refer to Camshaft Position Intake Actuator Replacement (See: Variable Valve Timing
Actuator/Service and Repair/Camshaft Position Intake Actuator Replacement) .
